Collin Hand is a Data Engineer II at Entergy, building the connective tissue between enterprise AI systems and the people who use them. His work spans the full lifecycle of AI deployment: an intelligent document processing platform that extracts structured data from thousands of supply chain contracts; a multi-agent orchestration engine that coordinates parallel AI agents executing end-to-end business workflows like capital project planning and financial reporting; and an AI advisor platform consolidating knowledge, tooling, code standards, and operational intelligence into a shared layer that both humans and AI agents can query and act on.

Across all systems, Collin's driving principle is that AI must be observable, accountable, and able to demonstrate its value. Every system he builds tracks what it does, what it costs, and what it delivers, creating measurable impact. His vision ties these capabilities into a self-reinforcing ecosystem where every automated workflow, code review, and data pipeline contributes back to organizational intelligence.

Collin holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University.
