She brings practical, business focused tools that help leaders solve complex problems and make confident decisions, and is known for building strong, trusted teams and translating complex analytics into clear, compelling stories that align technical and non technical audiences to drive sustained change. Outside of work, Michelle is a proud sports mom, cheering on her two children who love to play just about anything they try.
