As the Data & Analytics Manager at Fayetteville Public Works Commission (FPWC), he leads initiatives that transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.

Throughout his career, Prethesh has successfully delivered enterprise-scale analytics solutions, reporting modernization programs, data governance frameworks, and AI-driven innovations. His expertise spans Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), data warehousing, enterprise reporting, analytics strategy, and data architecture, with a strong focus on leveraging data as a strategic asset to drive organizational performance and business value.

Prior to joining FPWC, Prethesh held consulting and leadership roles with global technology firms, including IBM and NTT DATA, where he partnered with organizations across multiple industries to deliver large-scale digital transformation, data modernization, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives.
