Brodey Bowers is the Manager of Digital Operations at Evergy, leading a team focused on digital transformation, process improvement, automation, application development, and business enablement solutions across Generation, T&D, Nuclear, and Corporate Support organizations. In this role, Brodey oversees a portfolio of initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, strengthening business processes, and accelerating the adoption of modern technologies, including automation, low-code platforms, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

Since joining Evergy in April 2020 and helping establish the Digital Operations organization, Brodey has played a key role in expanding capabilities that help business partners modernize operations, reduce manual effort, and unlock new opportunities through technology. The Digital Operations team works closely with operational and IT leaders, systems analysts, developers, and subject matter experts to identify business challenges, develop practical solutions, and deliver measurable value across the enterprise.
