Brian is Associate General Manager Financial & Information Services/Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading SRP's finance, accounting, treasury, information technology, cyber security, commodity trading, future system assets, and environmental departments. In his position, Brian reports directly to Jim Pratt, the SRP General Manager/Chief Executive Officer.

Brian began his career at SRP in 2001 as a financial analyst. Brian worked as an analyst in SRP's strategic planning, commodity trading/risk, and treasury areas. He began working in his first leadership position in 2007, and since then, has had the opportunity to work in various leadership capacities, including SRP's financial planning & analysis areas, forecasting, resource planning & development areas, and commodity trading areas. He mostly recent served as SRP's Corporate Treasurer.

Brian currently serves on the Board of the Western Energy Institute. He is active in several financial organizations related to the utility field, including the Large Public Power Council (LPPC) Chief Financial Officer's working group. He has previously served on Mesa's Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well as Northern Arizona University's Foundation and Alumni Boards, including serving as President of the NAU Alumni Board. Brian remains active in local public policy, including recently serving as SRP's Chair of its employee led Political Involvement Committee.

Brian received his Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing (magna cum laude) and his Master's in Business Administration, Finance (with distinction), from Northern Arizona University, where he served as President of the Business School Honor Society.
