John Albrecht is the Manager of AMI Data Analytics for ComEd in Chicago. This includes the development of use cases and responsibility for Consumption on Inactive Meters (CIM) and Unaccounted For Energy (UFE). He currently oversees a department of seven analysts. Mr. Albrecht has over 25 years of utility experience ranging from support roles to field operations roles in transmission, distribution and customer operations. Most recently, prior to Data Analytics, he was a Project Manager for the ComEd AMI Deployment project, which encompasses 4.2 million AMI meters. John has both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois.
