Amanda has led multiple transformative technology projects for utilities across the US. She is a certified Project Management Professional and an experienced Scrum Master. Amanda’s major projects include implementing Orange& Rockland’s Data Analytics program to develop data automation, visualization, and predictive models resulting in cost savings, reduced penalties for missed Service Level Agreements, and reduced customer bills. At PG&E, she led a project to build backend software integrations for solar interconnection as part of a DOE grant program, working with 17 cities across California. Amanda also developed the digital customer experience for PG&E’s Time of Use transition of 150,000 customers to a new rate structure. She represented the customer’s functional requirements and user experience to the IT design team, resulting in a seamless and simple customer experience.
