Glen specializes in designing and integrating operations elements used for Analytics to improve operational performance and achieve digital transformation through AI and Machine Learning.  He heads the Houston Energy and Utility Practice at Sia Partners, an international management consulting firm.  

Glen is recognized in the Utility analytics community for his expertise in advancing analytic capabilities to help companies improve operations. He brings new insight from the proven models used today in all industries. Throughout his career, he has been involved in all aspects of Energy, including Electric and Natural Gas Utilities, Oil and Gas, and Pipeline Transmission.  

Glen led both large- and small-scale implementations of analytic solutions as a Managing Partner of Manufacturing at Teradata, BRIDGE Energy Group, and Accenture. Glen helped build the Oil & Gas and Utilities Logical Data Models (ULDM), which have been implemented in multiple energy companies and utilities across North America
