Dawn Frye is the Meter Data Operations Manager at Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC). Starting in 2016, Dawn transitioned her 38 years of Information Technology Application Development experiences into managing the Meter Data Operations team.

In June 2020, the team delivered a robust cloud-based operations centric Meter Data Platform. Dawn takes pride in bridging the gap between business operations by leveraging technology capabilities. Dawn has her undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and her MBA from Institute of Florida Technology.
