Josh is a BI & Analytics Engineer at BrilliT, where he leads the technical development of data-driven solutions for electric cooperatives. His work focuses on optimizing Power BI dashboards and enhancing user experience through data model improvements, ensuring cooperative operations are backed by clear, actionable insights.

Josh earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Miami in 2017 and a Master's degree in Data Science from Florida International University in 2019. Afterward, he transitioned from his role as Curriculum Director at Mathnasium to begin his career in analytics as a Business Analyst at Florida Power & Light.

Before joining BrilliT through Colaberry, Josh served as a Senior Financial & Data Analyst at FPL, where he contributed to the development of advanced machine learning models aimed at improving collections processes. His unique ability to blend technical expertise with business acumen enables him to craft effective data solutions that empower electric cooperatives and utilities to make informed, data-driven decisions.
