Girija Sathyamurthy is the Director of Enterprise Analytics & Automation at Ameren. She is responsible for leading enterprise customer analytics, business analytics, the center of automation, and customer market research & insights. She oversees execution of the One Ameren Analytics, Automation & AI strategy and roadmap and delivering significant value through automation, analytics, and AI to transform business processes across the enterprise.

Girija has over 15 years of experience in Software Engineering, Business Process Management, Automation and Analytics. She received the Public Utilities Fortnightly Foremost Innovator Award in 2020. She is a graduate of the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge, McKinsey Management Accelerator and TechLX Leadership Development programs.
