Autumn Schieffer, Senior Business Analyst and Program Lead, has been responsible for the Exelon Analytics Academy's activities since 2021. Having graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, Autumn's background includes 10+ years of customer service experience, marketing, public relations, strategy, and education/career development. In her previous role, Autumn was a Campaign Manager for Emblematic, Inc. and achieved #1 salesperson in the country in Q4 of 2019. She began her career at Exelon as a Communications Analyst with the Academy in 2020 before rising to Lead by 2021. Now, the Academy is a nationally recognized IEEE Education Activities Board Award Recipient, boasts 3,000+ employees served, and will continue to grow! Autumn aspires to spread awareness regarding the value of co-investment in employees and how more inclusive practices can exponentially benefit an organization and its workforce.
