CPS Energy has successfully grown its analytics capabilities the last several years and it continues to grow. Many business processes have been automated and optimized by using analytics tools, new technologies and infrastructures have been invested to support advanced analytics, predictive modeling and prescriptive analytics use cases have been developed and integrated into business decision making processes, self-service analytics has been enabled and data-driven culture has been promoted. In this session, we will share how we have achieved the major accomplishments, the challenges we have faced and how we have overcome them, what we have tried and did not work for us, and where we are heading to in our analytics journey.
