PSEG is operationalizing an Analytics Center of Enablement (COE) to identify and deliver value across its business areas including work management, energy efficiency, electric vehicles, smart meters, and customer experience.

Utilities are experiencing an ever-increasing demand for both traditional analytics and future artificial intelligence (AI) use cases. Effectively managing that demand is a challenge.
