This presentation will highlight the applications and implementation of computer vision AI and analytics for power grid infrastructure inspections. We will present the challenges that utilities face for inspecting and monitoring their infrastructure. We will then dive into the digital and AI solutions that can help make the inspection operations more efficient, faster and safer for transmission, distribution and substation infrastructure. Additionally, we will highlight how to evaluate AI solutions, the systems and processes required to deploy AI models and the processes for scaling the digital AI program for the utility applications. Lastly, we will highlight successful use cases, learnings and industry trends.
