He has done extensive work rebuilding business, operating, and talent models for both existing and new strategic imperatives around both front lines and functional needs. Charlie has the hands-on experience to convert and drive tangible value from increasingly complex industry objectives, balancing modernization and innovation to deliver on these requirements. He has led multiple large and small companies through visioning, concept design, scenario planning, strategy development, implementation, change management, and operationalization of major transformations. Digital innovation and data science innovation has been essential to these efforts, including everything from strategy setting, designing, building, and implementing custom digital and analytical solutions.
