Eddie Fee, a 25-year veteran at Orlando Utilities Commission, currently serves as Director of Meter Services under the Electric & Water Delivery organization. Eddie has lead and sponsored numerous operational process improvements and technology implementations, aimed at optimizing cost and leveraging data to its fullest extent, while adding value to operations, meter-to-cash processes and the customer experience. He has demonstrated results in the areas of Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI), electric & water metering, big data infrastructure & processing, data analytics, revenue assurance (theft & tampering), field operations performance/efficiency, MWMS (mobile workforce management systems) and CIS/MDM upgrade/conversion projects.

Eddie takes a strategic, level-headed, collaborative and deliberate approach to management, decision-making and innovation...all grounded in consideration of the impacts to employees, the company and the community.

He has served for several years on the Board of Directors for the Florida Symphony Youth Orchestras, including most recently as president of the board. Eddie’s academic credentials include an MBA and BSBA in Business Management from the University of Central Florida.
