Mark is the program manager at Con Edison for an omni-channel customer analytics implementation that is providing business intelligence to deliver personalized customer experiences, optimized business processes, and enhance data driven decision making. Prior to this role, Mark started Con Edison’s Customer Journey Mapping team where he established a practice to systematically evaluate and improve customer experiences by utilizing human centered design and agile methodologies.
