Haley Saul is the Strategy & Performance Analytics Manager at Tacoma Power, where she coordinates a team of data professionals, strategists, and continuous improvement advocates. Haley works with staff and leaders throughout the organization to define their business strategies, improve processes, and measure their successes. Haley is passionate about changing, not just data culture, but leadership culture, improvement culture, and so much more!

Haley is a wife and a mother of 2 amazing kiddos, with a new found love of cross-fit. Haley volunteers her time as a member of the Board of Directors for Youth for Christ and is an emcee for womens events at her local church.
